If any of your candles show up damaged, please email us with a picture of the product, a description of what is wrong with it and if you would like a refund or a replacement product. 

Returns are allowed within (7) days of when the item shows up based on the tracking information from USPS.  Any returns must be 100% unused, in original packaging material and return shipping must be paid for by the buyer.  To facilitate a return please email 

When shipping a return, provide us with the return tracking number and once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund.
