Shipping

At Maine Cabin Candle we ship to the lower 48 states (no Hawaii or Alaska) and do not ship outside the USA.  We typically ship within 1-3 business days and provide a tracking number once your order is shipped.  We ship our candles with Cool Shield bubble wrap to help keep the heat away from our Soy candles.  When shipping to states with a hot climate, we will email you a reminder to not let your candles sit outside in the hot sun.  Direct sunlight and hot summer temperatures can melt Soy wax quickly,  so we will do all we can on our end to keep you updated on when your shipment will arrive. 

Maine Cabin Candle is not responsible for shipping delays that we experience with USPS. 

We do offer local pickup, so our local customers don’t need to pay shipping.  If you want to facilitate a local pickup please select “local pickup” during checkout then send us an email.  Local pickup will take place at one of the major box stores such as Walmart, Lowes or Hannaford in Brewer Maine.  This way, both parties can feel safe and comfortable picking up their orders when local pickup is selected.  We can’t guarantee when local pickup can take place however we will work with our customers.
